Wine from Tempranillo grapes. The grapes are harvested at their peak of ripeness, and following a careful process of pressing, the juice is left to macerate with the skin for a few hours to give the characteristic colouring. This is then taken to stainless steel tanks for low temperature fermentation. The wine is finally stabilised and bottled.
