Brass Monkey Brass Monkey is a cocktail consisting of equal parts light rum, dark rum, and orange juice. Pulp-free orange juice and dark rum is preferable. Macuá The Macuá is noted as the national drink of Nicaragua. 2 parts white rum (preferably a Nicaraguan brand) 2 parts guava juice 1 part lemon juice Sugar to taste Shake the ingredients together in a mixer with ice. Mojito 1/4 cup fresh mint 1/4 lime cut into a wedge 2 Tbsps lime juice 1 Tbsp sugar 1/2 cup ice 1/2 cup rum 2 Tbsps club soda Simple Syrup 1/4 cup water & 1/4 cup superfine sugar. In a saucepan over high heat bring the water to a boil. Add the superfine sugar and mix until it completely dissolves. Cool completely before using it in the rest of the recipe. Drop the mint into a tall drinking glass. Add the lime wedge, lime juice, and sugar. Using a spoon mash up the mint till it combines well with the the lime and sugar. Fill the glass to the top with ice. Add the rum until it reaches halfway up the glass. Pour in the simple syrup until it almost reaches the top of the glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lime and sprig of mint. mojito	Mojito Royal A mojito royal is made from the traditional ingredients: spearmint, rum, sugar (traditionally sugar cane juice), lime, the last ingredient is champagne instead of carbonated water. mojitoroyal
Moose Milk Served straight up; without ice. 5 parts White Rum 1 part Brandy 1 part Kahlua 15 parts Vanilla Ice Cream 10 parts Whole Milk 1½ parts Whipping cream Dash Vanilla extract Dash Nutmeg Beat yolks until fluffy and completely mixed, Add sugar to eggs and beat until thick and smooth. Add/Stir in milk and liquor. Chill for a min of 3 hrs. Whip the cream until good and thick. Fold in whipped cream. Chill for 1 hr. and sprinkle top with nutmeg and cinnamon to taste (optional).
