Made from the fruit of 40 year and older vines, cepas viejas, of Garnacha which are farmed in traditional methods, en vaso. The grapes were fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at temperatures no higher than 80 degrees F. Skin maceration is limited to 15 days aiming to yield a generously textured wine. Aged for 3 months in stainless steel tank prior to bottling to allow some tannin to soften.

Vivid red color. Peppery red berry and cherry aromas offer straightforward appeal. Clean and brisk, with a peppery bite to the red fruit flavors. No tannins are apparent on the refreshingly tangy and surprisingly persistent finish.
Offers good complexity for the price.
