Non-Alcoholic Drinks

Baptist boilermaker — A cup of coffee served with a glass of seltzer water.

Boston cooler – Ginger ale and vanilla ice cream, the root beer float, a similar beverage made from vanilla ice cream and root beer is also sometimes called a Boston cooler.

Clayton — Ice, 1 nip Claytons, 1/2 fill lemonade, 1/2 fill ginger ale.

Egg cream - Chocolate syrup, milk, and seltzer.

Freddie Bartholomew — Ginger ale and sweetened lime juice (such as Rose's), garnished with a slice of lime. Freddie Bartholomew was a British child actor popular in the 1930s.

Henry — Orange juice and lemonade.

Mock champagne — Apple juice, ginger ale, and lemon juice.

Pomme Noir — Apple juice and cola.

Roy Rogers – Cola and grenadine syrup, garnished with a maraschino cherry.

Dale Evans - Roy Rogers made with diet cola.

Safe Sex on the Beach  – Cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, and peach nectar.

Saint Clement's – 1/2 Orange juice and 1/2 lemon-flavored drink.

Shirley Temple – Ginger ale, grenadine syrup, and orange juice. The ginger ale is commonly substituted with 7 Up, Sprite, or similar lemon-lime soft drink.

Virgin Mary – Bloody Mary without the vodka. A Bloody Mary is a cocktail containing vodka, tomato juice, and usually other spices or flavorings such as Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, beef consomme or bouillon, horseradish, celery or celery salt, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice.

Virgin Piña Colada - Coconut cream and pineapple juice. The drink is typically served either blended or shaken with ice. Two common garnishes are a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
