HIGHLAND Single Malt
Highland malts capture the true spirit of Scotland; the moorlands, heather and fresh pine forests - rounded, firm and fruity.

Colour:
Light Gold.
Body:
Medium bodied and well balanced.
Nose:
Sandal and cedar wood fuse with the sweetness of buttercream and fresh vanilla. A little water opens-up the Highland aroma, adding dark treacle and fresh Scottish gooseberries.
Palate:
A well-balanced combination of the sweetness of malt and the aridity of salt. Traces of gooseberry and a hint of lime complete this fine example of Highland Malt.
Finish:
A pleasantly smooth, lengthily, mouth filling aftertaste.

ISLAY Single Malt
Famous throughout the world for their peaty character and dry finish, the Islay dram is the unmistakable taste of Scotland.

Colour:
Warm honey.
Body:
Full bodied and robust.
Nose:
Lingering wood cinders of tar and smoke, with just a trace of vanilla and a subtle citrus note. Palate:
A strong Islay character with traces of sea salt and burnt oak chips. The smokey nature is apparent throughout; a malty vanilla flavour bringing balance to the overall taste. Finish:
A powerful Islay aftertaste of sweet smoke with a hint of iodine.

LOWLAND Single Malt
The malts crafted in the Lowlands match the soft rolling landscape. Smooth and light they make the perfect aperitif.

Colour:
Ripe summer barley
Body:
Light, fresh and very smooth.
Nose:
Rich floral notes fuse with freshly grated nutmeg and ginger. A distinctive Lowland ‘malty’ flavour is clearly identifiable with a flourish of ripe tangerine zest.
Palate:
A fresh, invigorating, clean sensation. Essentially sweet, the mellow flavour is complimented by the delicate perfume of roses and lavender.
Finish:
A mouth coating oiliness leaves a lingering sensation on the palate.

SPEYSIDE Single Malt
Speyside malts are sweet and fruity; sometimes delicate, sometimes rich and robust. Always complex.

Colour:
Honeyed with golden highlights.
Body:
Light to medium, elegant and balanced.
Nose:
A fresh invigorating Speyside malt of mint, menthol and freshly cut pine. Traces of fine dark chocolate and a lingering sweet malt aroma.
Palate:
An initial fibrous sweet nougat essence is complemented by the savoury flavours of brazil and hazelnut. A subtle floral freshness adds a faint perfumed bouquet to the palate.
Finish:
Short, yet powerful, complex unforgettable.
