Luigi Bosca Extra Brut Sparkling Wine

Elegant sparkling, golden yellow color, with fine and persistent perlage. In the aroma can be appreciated ripe fruit, hazelnut and delicate yeast notes. In the mouth has a fresh entry with a pleasant acidity that produces a long aftertaste.

Made according to the traditional method, also called “Champenoise”, with the grape varieties Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Vineyard: La Linda and Los Nobles, in Luján de Cuyo 950 – 1100 meters above sea level
Climate Dry climate, very cold winters, temperate springs and cool summers. Broad difference in temperatures in day and night. Average summer temperature 22ºC and average winter temperature 6ºC. Minimum temperature in winter -6ºC. Annual rainfall 190 mm.


Soil It contains alluvial deposits, with clay and plenty of lime. Not very deep. Rolling stones and loose stones underneath. Good drainage. Inclined 1.5% best-east and 1% south-north. These characteristics give this wine fineness and bouquet.

Grape Variety Chardonnay 60% – Pinot Noir 40%.
Ageing Potential 5 years.
Filtering One very light filtering.
