Fermented in oak barrels. Temperature controlled (peaks at 30°C.). Initially, frequent pressing and recirculation. Aged 14 months in oak casks, then clarified with egg-white, carefully filtered and finally bottled.

Deep garnet colour. Profound aroma. Unfolding "mouth" of red forest fruit (raspberry, cherry) also hints of stone fruit. Harmonious. Pronounced finish, leather undertones. Velvet-smooth.
