Aromo Private Reserve Wines

Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is born from a carefully work done in the vineyards, aimed to obtain a fruit full of ripeness, with expressive flavours and great concentration.   This condition produces a full-bodied wine, with intense colour but gentle and harmonious palate as well.

Controlled fermentation and maceration and its long evolution on French oak give good complexity and intense flavor. After finning and clarification with white eggs, and soft filtering, the wine is finally bottled.

Colour: Good and deep ruby red colour Nose: Intense presence of mature red fruit, blackberry and cherry intermixed with toasted notes. Palate: In the palate we have round and ripe tannins, wood well compose of good structure and personality. Good balance, harmonic and smooth, with light notes of vanilla.

Private Reserve Merlot From a very particular zone of our vineyard on the Maule Valley, this Private Reserve Merlot is born from noble and intense fruits, juicy and expressive.

Colour: Attractive red intense colour, with ruby tones. Nose: Expression of aromas that reminds red mature fruit, berries type, with notes of smoke and tobacco. Palate: Good structure on the mouth, with elegant tannins, that come from the ageing in French barrels.

Variety: 100% Merlot

Private Reserve Syrah
Robe:  Bright, deep purplish red with dark hues. Nose:  Intense ripe black fruit, some hints of white pepper and blackcurrant.

Palate:  Wide mouthfeel, juicy attack and firm tannins. The fruit boosts the roasted coffee touches, offering medium persistence and hints of sweetness.
